A written notification of cancellation must be received by Coordinamos Porter Novelli (email@example.com) coppied to the Organizing Committee ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) before a refund can be issued. An administrative charge will be deducted from the amount, according to the date the cancellation letter is received. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Before 30 November, 2005 : A complete refund minus a 25% administrative charge (per participant) will be made.
After 30 November, 2005 : No refund will be made. Registration fees are not transferable.
