Cancellation and Refunds |
|||||
A written notification of cancellation must be received by Coordinamos Porter Novelli (rosa.alarcon@coordinamos.com) coppied to the Organizing Committee ( citiesonvolcanoes4@igepn.edu.ec ) before a refund can be issued. An administrative charge will be deducted from the amount, according to the date the cancellation letter is received. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Before 30 November, 2005 : A complete refund minus a 25% administrative charge (per participant) will be made. After 30 November, 2005 : No refund will be made. Registration fees are not transferable. |

Financial Assistance |
|||||
| Limited financial assistance may become available and will be competitive. If so, graduate students and young scientists in need, especially those from Latin American countries, are invited to apply. This assistance will be only for those whose abstract has been accepted for the meeting. Once the amount of available financial assistance is determined, after 15 November, those participants who have been selected for assistance based upon the merit of their abstracts will be notified by email. | |||||
