The scientific - technical sessions will be held from Monday, 23 January until Friday, 27 January and will be carried out via two concurrent symposia, plenary talks, poster sessions, and concluding panel discussions. Check Preliminary Meeting Schedule at a Glance On Wednesday, 25 January, an excursion to Cotopaxi volcano is planned for all registered participants. Pre-conference as well as post-conference field trips are offered; see the proposed schedule for excursions. In addition there will be special-interest workshops and courses. |

For those who did not register on-line by email, registration can be carried out on Sunday afternoon, 22 January, at the Hotel Quito, and Monday morning, 23 January, at the Conference site in downtown Quito . Because many incoming international flights arrive between 8 and 11 pm, we strongly recommend that you arrive Saturday night, spend Sunday walking through Colonial Quito or on local tours outside of Quito, register in the afternoon, and then join us for the Welcoming Cocktail hosted by the Organizing Committee at the Hotel Quito. Ecuadorian participants are encouraged to register Sunday afternoon to avoid last minute registration on Monday morning. Register now |
